United by a passion for mountains, skiing and snowboarding, our four co-founders bring together a diverse skillset from across industries. They are leveraging their diversity of experience to bring best practices and leading innovation from other sectors to the area of online ski safety training.
Martin has 20 years of experience leading businesses from packaged goods Ariel, Dash and Oral-B, to energy giant EDF, to Europe's largest Digital Wealth Manager Nutmeg which he led as CEO. He has teaching and facilitation experience in China and the UK. Martin is Anglo-French and lives between London and the Alps.
Following a period of working in property management and project management, Helen is now a full-time entrepreneur. Skixam is Helen's third business venture as co-founder. Helen skis and snowboards, is fluent in French and English, and lives full time in Meribel, France, with Czech husband Jan and their two children.
Steve is a product designer specialising in branding, user experience, marketing and content. His career spans roles at various companies from Fintech Capital.com to media organisations including the BBC, Sky TV and The Economist. Lives in the UK with his French wife Morgane, and their two Anglo-French children.
Formerly CEO of a construction firm in the UK, Ryan is a software developer at heart. He co-founded a tech firm specialising in BI for construction firms, and is an active contributor in the open-source software community. Lives with his wife Laura in Meribel, France.
